Side Locking Tarp Features
Pinless Crank Retainer
Our sturdy steel crank retainer holds the handle without any need for a pin. This easy-in, easy-out system saves you time and money.
Adjustable Crank Handle
Model specific and adjusts for varied sidewall heights.
Zinc Plated u-Joint
Our heavy duty U-Joint has 21 different settings for fine tuning tarp tension.
Tarp Attachment
We attach our tarp to the steel roll tube by sliding the tube in a tarp pocket. The tarp is attached to the tube with a series of clips fastened to the tube.
Tarp Construction
Our tarps are carefully manufactured from the highest performing, rip-stop and waterproof materials available. To insure quality and durability, the tarps are hand sewn with tight and straight stitches. This contributes to a square and even tarp, resulting in a long lasting product you will be proud to own.
Heavy Duty Galvanized* Tubular Bows
Our quick release bows are easy to install and height adjustable for better tarp
support. *Stainless steel upgrade is available.
Ridge Strap
Our 1" ridge strap spans end to end across center of the bows. Provides extra support preventing tarp from sagging between the bows.
Galvanized* Custom End Caps
Our caps are crimped, not welded - welds tend to crack, and crimping is proven to be stronger and more flexible. Our caps also have a built-in bow and wind deflector for keeping the elements out. *Stainless steel or aluminum upgrades are available.
1" Fixed Stationary Tube
Tarp is attached to the stationary tube that runs the entire length of the box. The tube is attached to the box by a series of Tarp Stops.
Standard Fixed Tarp Stops
Our standard fixed tarp stops are made from steel and secure the tarp to the trailer. Optional Quick Release Tarp Brackets are made from extruded aluminum, they open and close for easy tarp removal.
Standard Front Return System
Our heavy duty cord, with protective cord cover, assists the operator when opening and closing. It provides a pulling action at the front of the tarp that allows for an easier operation.

Agri-Cover® Side Locking Tarp-The Most Affordable Tarp available to protect your commodities
The Side Locking Tarp gives you protection from the elements at a great low price. This new tarp system fulfills a need in the industry for a high quality, side locking, roll tarp system. Agri-Cover roll tarps are hand-made in the USA to ensure the highest quality and tightest fit available, we use galvanized hardware and powder coated parts to ensure years of service.

Roll Tarp Operation:
Rolls Quickly and Easily
Roll the tarp open until the tarp rests against the tarp brackets. Roll the tarp closed until the tarp rolls up under the latch plate.
Lock U-Joint
Bring the crank handle straight down toward the ground. This will lock the U-joint.
Secure The Handle
Move the crank handle and place it in the crank handle retainer. This applies tension to the tarp.

Access® TonnoSport™ Opening The Cover
Release
To open the Access® TonnoSport™ Roll-Up cover, release the Trigger Latch; and begin rolling the cover towards the cab of the truck.
Roll
Rolling the cover is an easy, one-person operation. The bars, bows and cover all roll up together in one simple operation.
Secure
Once the tonneau cover has been rolled to the cab of the pickup truck secure it with the storage strap. That's all there is to it!
Closing The Cover
To close, unhook the storage straps and unroll the cover towards the end gate until the Trigger Latch; automatically secures it into place. Use the 2 slide locks to take advantage of the extremely secure 3-point latching system. Finally, seal the sides with the reliable Velcro® sealing system.
