All of our truck bed racks are made model specific to ensure the best possible fit and therefore are non-transferable to pickups with different box sizes.
Do I have to drill holes in my truck to install an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack?
If stake pockets are present, no drilling is required. However, trucks without stake pockets will require drilling.
Can I install an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack by myself?
Absolutely, ADARAC™ Truck Bed Racks can be installed within an hour by one person, times will vary depending on ability level. Check out our easy to follow Instructions and helpful Installation Videos.
Is the ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack available in different colors?
We only offer a matte black or silver finish.
What is the load capacity for an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack?
The maximum weight capacity is 1,000 lbs. parked static, 500 lbs. dynamic and 400 lbs. offroad dynamic, evenly distributed.
Are aftermarket accessories compatible with an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack?
Yes, most aftermarket accessories utilizing an in-channel mounting system, over-channel clamping system or U-bolt clamps will be compatible, yet a longer mounting bolt may be needed to properly secure onto the ADARAC™ Cross Bars.
I have a tonneau cover and want to install an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack. Can this be done?
Yes, our truck bed racks are designed to work with LOMAX® Folding Hard Covers, ACCESS® Roll-Up Covers and most inside the rail tonneau covers.
To determine if an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack is compatible with your tonneau cover, measure from the center of the stake pocket 1-1/8" towards inside of box, to ensure this area is clear of obstructions.
I have a bedliner in my truck, can I install an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack with it?
Yes, however, some trimming or cutting of an over the rail bed liner may be required.
I have a toolbox on my truck, can I install an ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack with it?
No, an over-the-rail toolbox will interfere with how the ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack mounts to your truck.
Can I add ADARAC™ Overland Truck Accessories onto my ADARAC™ Truck Bed Rack?
Of course! Our ADARAC™ Overland Accessories are engineered to fit onto new and existing ADARAC™ Aluminum Series, ADARAC™ Aluminum Pro Series and ADARAC™ Aluminum M-Series. ADATRAC™ End Caps required to install ADATRAC™ Accessories on ADARAC™ Aluminum Pro Series.
Are aftermarket accessories compatible with ADARAC™ Overland pickup accessories?
ADAGRID™ Accessories - Yes, most aftermarket overlanding accessories using an in-channel mounting system, U-bolt clamps or over-channel clamping system will be compatible, but may require a longer bolt to properly secure onto accessory bars. ADATRAC™ Accessories - Yes, most aftermarket overland accessories utilizing 1/2" and 3/8" square nuts will be compatible.
Will I be able to secure aftermarket accessories that are taller than the ADATRAC™ accessory?
Yes, additional ADATRAC™ Mounting Brackets are engineered to work with corner mounted overland accessories.
Will I be able to secure bolt-on overland accessories onto the ADAGRID™ accessory?
Yes, additional ADAGRID™ Mounting Plates are designed to work with bolt-on tents, cargo baskets and other platform accessories.
Are ADARAC™ Overland Truck Accessories available in different colors?
We currently only offer matte black.
Do ADARAC™ Overland Accessories cause additional wind noise?
No, ADARAC™ Overland Pickup Accessories create no extra wind noise!
