" Excellent product - finish, fit, ease of installation and removal. After the initial use I removed the uprights and crossbars only, leaving the no-drill side rails in place. Since then I have reinstalled and removed the uprights and crossbars a dozen times needs arose. Five minutes on or off is as much time as i have needed. If I could give 6 stars I would. "

" I recently installed the roll up tonneau cover with the ADARAC rack combo on my 2024 Jeep Gladiator. The cover installed easily on this truck and fit perfectly. The ADARAC rack is well built, but I had some issues with the mounting. My truck doesn't have the Trail Rail set up so it mounts to the bed rails with screws. I found the screws would not fully tighten to the specified torque value, just kept spinning. I wound up getting some stainless hardware and nut and bolted them to the box rails. Perhaps utilizing a large self-tapping screws would alleviate the problem. Regardless this rack is exceptionally built, sturdy and looks great. Also the tonneau cover is exceptional , I've had them on all of my trucks. I recommend both, just be aware of the possible mounting issues you may run into without the trail rail setup. "

" Great customer service and prompt shipping! The parts I ordered were exactly what I needed for a preowned rack I purchased. The rack is excellent quality and I'm extremely happy with it. To make it even better, it would be nice if there was a bolt that attaches the uprights to the rail that came with a washer instead of a knurled bolt head that chews up the aluminum rail when I reposition the rack and retighten each time. I need to reposition it often for different loads- my TracRac was easier but I like the looks of the Adarac. Also, if there was an option or suggestion to order a higher front rack, that would accommodate a canoe curve unlike a ladder, that would be great. Perhaps I will look into ordering one instead of the attachment that you offer to the top bar, which is not as sleek looking!! ? I love the rack though, and highly recommend! "

" Just ordered and received the new style end caps. Love the new style and functionality. Have had my aluminum racks for 5 years. Recommend them to everyone. Had a set of steel ones on my last truck, the only reason I had to buy a new set was because they were damaged when I was T boned when another driver ran a stop sign. " Pretty solid. It was tricky putting the base for the racks on the truck, especially cutting the plastic bed caps on the truck. I had to remove them and all the clips broke off. Had to buy new ones on the dealership so there was an additional $150.00 in hidden costs to get these installed. "

Prior to purchase I had a lot of questions about the products After my first e-mail to my last e-mail Kurt Rostenbach was extremely prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of his company's product. He also had a very personable personality that was a great plus to his outstanding customer service. When I received the cover and rack there were informative instructions with videos on how to install both products. These were installed on my new 2023 Chevy 2500HD LTZ/Z71 Duramax. There were some minor scratches on one rail. There were also a few bolts missing. Kurt very promptly sent the new rail and bolts to me FedEx. The quality of your products should last us a long time. " I like everything about the rack other than the foam that is used under it if your truck rails have ribs. The foam get compresses too much and the rails still bow. It should have an aluminum spacer along with the foam so that the rack rails can be tightened down securely to the bed rails. "

" purchased for my 2009 Dodge 2500. there service response was excellent! the package came from fed-ex and seemed like it was handled a little to roughly. two of the uprights the powder coating was scratched and had some rubbed off marks, I sent them some pictures telling them that I loved the product and showed them the pictures, I did not ask for anything. later I get a e-mail that they are sending two replacments. " I was searching for a ladder rack and bed cover combination that worked well together when I discovered ACI's website. After looking at my options I decided to go with the Aluminum series as the contour of the rack uprights provided a nice aesthetic. Upon delivery and installation I was pleased to find that both products were of high quality and easy to install. " I want to preface this review by saying I rarely review items and I spend a lot of time researching which kayak rack to buy. There are a lot of options out there but this rack is by far the best option. Everything about this rack has been great. " I purchased this truck rack because I was looking for a rack that could accommodate a tonneau cover together. Agricover had the answer. Love the look but things you would expect to be included like the "Tie down kit" and "Load divider" are sold at premium prices. The tracks allow for adjustment but bolted down with lock washers and lock bolts so in reality it's fixed and difficult to move or take off. They should make it so that the support bars, tie down kit, and load dividers are easily adjustable and included in the package. They need to have more video instructions for installation. I received my rack first and installed it, then when the tonneau cover arrived, I found out that I had to remove the rack to place the rear clamp for the tonneau cover in the pocket. Should have had a warning. Happy with the product but it could easily be made to be even better by making it easily adjustable. "

" I've only been using the rack and cover for three weeks. So far, there are exactly what I wanted. Both were easy to install. As a contractor I use my bed a lot. The cover rolls up and stores easily and the rails are not in the way. I would recommend getting the tie down hooks. There are not may spots to hook bungie cords and ratchet straps on the ladder racks. "

" Installation was easy. Product is very stout with 3 stake pocket attachments per rail with 8' bed. The contoured uprights are also very nice. If attaching to a GMC or Chevrolet, be sure to check into the 23" height uprights instead of 25". 25" is really tall and will jeopardize 7' garage door opening clearance. 23" doesn't block rear brake light nor cargo illumination lamps yet still clears the roof. Made in USA! Will recommend to everybody. "

" Rack looks great on my truck and is very solid!!! The rack gets 5-stars, but tech support loses a star. I'd like to give some advice to anyone using this rack with a RAM 1500 DT body style. Adarac's tech support won't admit that the hardware shipped with the rack will not work with the new body style. You will need to cut the mounting plates. First: Recommendation for cutting the plastic that is part of the bed rail cap. (Adarac recommends using a utility knife, that's ridiculous). Purchase the Bull Ring router bits, you'll be happy you did. See the following video for details (4:37 discusses how the DT body style changed). I've attached a photo showing the front stake pocket and how the bed wall comes right up to the stake pocket. https://youtu.be/BkZqLuRH-wA Second: Since shipped mounting plates won't work for the front pockets, you need to trim the lower plate for it to fit. I've attached a photo showing that by bolting the (3) plates together you can use two of the plates as a guide to cut the lower plate with a hacksaw. "

" When I did not receive my order, I spoke to customer service. It showed that it was delivered which I verified on my neighbor's Ring doorbell camera. ACI offered to replace the suspected stolen items but I later found out a different neighbor brought the delivery inside his garage for safe keeping and forgot about it. I was a mechanic at a dealership for 10 years and have installed 1000's of their products. I have always been a fan of their products and their quality is great. " Searched for months to find a suitable combo of rack and tonneau for Chevy Colorado 2017 5' bed, and Agri-Cover products work perfectly! This combo suits our needs for an occasional use rack for recreation and small building projects, and the tonneau keeps the New England weather out of the bed. The Lorado roll-up cover fits well, and rolls tight leaving a clear view from the rear window, unlike a competitor's rack/tonneau combo that requires a folding tonneau that covers most of the rear window when open. Company tech support is superb. I used a Pro for installation, and we both contacted ACI to confirm the fitment for this combo and were given clear, helpful suggestions on the phone without a long wait. Replacing that vehicle recently I immediately ordered the aluminum adarac and roll-top products. " Nice solid rack but to adapt to fit my 2019 Ford Ranger since there is not one available for that model. The Ranger does not have stake openings for mounting so I drilled thru the top rail of the bed and used 3/8 stainless steel bolts, washers and nuts to hold it in place. Three per side. Used fender washers underneath for better support. Very solid install. "

" Exactly what I was looking for. Drops right into the stake pockets so there's no drilling. This not only helps with resale value but is also a stronger attachment point. Its a bit taller than I expected, but still fits through the garage door. Fits just fine through automated car washes too. I bought this specifically to haul kayaks so we can store camping and fishing gear under the roll cover and there's interference between the two. Super simple install and super simple usage. 10/10 would recommend. "
